ACTION CRAFT IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
PRESS RELEASE FROM CK PRIME INVESTMENTS INC REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF ACTION CRAFT

The production of Action Craft, Coastline and Coastal Bay Boats restarted in June, 2012. The assets were sold by Flatsmaster Marine to CK Prime Investments Inc. President Chad Kovarik plans to keep the brand names in place as they are well recognized in the boating and fishing industries. Chad states, "I am excited to have an opportunity to be the new owner and restart production of such highly regarded flats and bay boats. We have strategically kept key production personnel in place to oversee the success of the restart and continue building one of the best boats in the world. Same awesome hull design, same great quality, just under new ownership."
